Welcome to the Casa de Campo Owners Portal. By accessing or using our website located at owners.casadecampoteetimes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Service

This portal is provided exclusively for Casa de Campo owners and authorized members to manage golf tee times. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Google Account Integration

Our service allows you to sign in via Google SSO and optionally access your Google Contacts to facilitate booking invitations. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
You grant us permission to access the data specified during the OAuth consent process (Email, Profile, and Read-Only Contacts).
We are not responsible for any issues arising from Google's service availability or changes to their API.

        Note: We access your contacts solely to help you identify and invite golf partners. We do not use this data for marketing or share it with third parties outside of the reservation process.
    

3. Reservation Policy

All tee times booked through this portal are subject to the specific rules, cancellation policies, and greens fees established by Casa de Campo. Booking a time via this portal does not guarantee course availability in the event of maintenance or private tournaments.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa de Campo - External and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the portal, including but not limited to loss of data or inability to access the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the portal at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
